Turn indicators, artificial horizons and gyrocompasses Flight instruments repairs

We made an agreement with producers SIGMA-TEK and MID-CONTENT and bought equipment, documentation and spare parts for repairs of vacuum artificial horizons, vacuum directional gyroscopes and electric turn indicators used in Cessna 152, 172 and other airplanes.

According to our EASA PART 145 certification we can maintain mentioned gauges from airplanes and helicopters. Than we issue Authorized Release Certificate EASA FORM 1 for you.

If the repair weren’t possible or unprofitable, we would sell you for favourable price new or overhauled instrument thanks to our programme “Core Exchange”.

We are authorized by EASA for performing maintenance of aircraft technic according to Commission regulation no. 1321/2014, part 145, which allows us to do maintenance of aircraft and aircraft components for all types of operators, including commercial air transport operators. We are authorized for complete maintenance of dismounted flight instruments according to manufacturer’s documentation and issue EASA FORM 1. Our activity is supervised by our employees and Civil Aviation Authority.

We are focused on maintenance of following flight instruments:

• Standard Directional Gyro SIGMATEK 4000B
• Standard Attitude Gyro SIGMATEK 5000B, D, F
• Turn Indicators MIDCONTINENT 1394T100-( ) Z Series (all “Z” types without autopilot outlet)

Besides flight instruments repairs we also do certified maintenance of magnetos SLICK, TCM/BENDIX and LUN.

We are ready to widen our certification of next types of instruments, systems and indicators.

We are also able to do maintenance of non-certified instruments for experimental and microlight aircraft without issue of EASA FORM 1. For example electric direction gyroscopes and horizons, airspeed indicators, altimeters, induction regulators, fuel indicators, pressure indicators and other engine’s and flight gauges.
