After circa 6 hours of flight with stopover in Portorose or Pula we land in Olbia airport on Sardinia. Sardinia (Sardegna in Italian) is island, which is pearl of Mediterranean (the second largest after Sicily). It’s situated western from Italy and southern from Corsica. It is 267 km long and 120 km wide. Eastern coast is washed by Tyrrhenian sea. Beaches are very varied. We can find wide sandy and pebbly beaches or rocky reefs. This, combined with crystal clear water and sunshine, creates unbelievable shades of blue and green color. It looks like in the Caribbean. The capital is Cagliari, which is situated in southern coast. The tradition of production of sheep, goat and cow cheese is older than 4000 years. Offer is wide and quality on high level. Excellent are also Sardinian wines, which are comparable to wines from southern France. We fly from Brno or from Prague and Ostrava. Prague and Ostrava are for additional charge. You will spend about 10 hours in plane during the whole trip. We use twin-engine L200 Morava, Piper 28 or Cirrus SR20. We usually take-off on Saturday at 9 am. Term of take-off is changeable. Accommodation is being solved in the destination. We use booking portals.
